"...word has it, Thomas is a breath of fresh air to a slightly stodgy scene." - Connect Savannah

When opportunity knocks, you better be home. Thats some of the best advice I can ever give anyone. Well, it knocked, and I answered. I will be going on an ALL NEW National rock tour at the end of August. Hopefully, if everything goes as planned, I will be on the road for 11 weeks straight. The tour is called, "Flashback: The Classic Rock Experience". I will be a member of The Mystic Orchestra which is the featured band for the tour. On stage, I will be the harmony/back-up vocalist to some amazing world class lead singers such as Chuck Negron, the lead vocalist for Three Dog Night. The good news is, I will not be alone on the tour. My great friend and drummer for The Long Awaited, Mark Vaquer, is also the percussionist/drummer for the tour. Flashback is a concert tour thats revolves around the wildly successful and popular Classic Rock of the late 1960s and early 70s. Modern engineering, phenomenal lighting, special effects, and video animation will take the fans to the edge of their seats. The first show begins in Mobile, Alabama and then goes up the East Coast playing in such incredible venues as the Nassau Coliseum in New York City. I would have been a fool to pass up such an opportunity, after all, not many small town musicians such as myself get the chance to play infront of thousands of people Professionally at big name American arenas. Common sense tells you since I'll be on the road, I will be gone from my weekly shows around Savannah for 11 weeks. Keep the fingers crossed, keep the prayers pumping because this could be a once in a life time opportunity. Many current stars began their careers as harmony/back-up vocalists. We often times do not realize it, but even with those long drawn out days, life is very short. If you blink too long, life is gone before you know what happened. Thank You ALL for your continued support over the years. Hopefully this can lead to great things. Thank You!

Here is the tour website. Please, check it out! www.flashbackmme.com

Flashback also has a MySpace page. See my top friends list and check it out. Send us a friend request. SPREAD THE WORD!

It's about time!!!! My new cd, Middle of Nowhere, has been released! After tons of support and encouragement from my fans, the cd that everyone has been asking about is now available to the public. There are 11 songs on the cd. 10 are completely original, and to show my respect to the greatest songwriter to ever live, I covered a version of Working Class Hero by John Lennon as the last song. Get your copy while you can! Now.... a little about me............

I am a professional musician from Savannah, GA. I was born in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, but was adopted when I was 2 days old and have lived in Savannah ever since. I am married. I am blessed to have the most amazing wife God could have ever sent me, my angel, Giovanna. We got married this past June in Savannah, GA. She, along with my parents and other family are always supportive with my chosen paths in life.

Music has always been my life passion. Throughout school I studied it starting in the 4th grade and continuing through my highschool graduation in 2002. Much love and respect is due to Dr. Lauren Ringwall, and Mr. Jack Mullis for teaching me the proper respect that music requires from us all. Can you imagine a world without music???? To this day I am still the only student from South Effingham High School to graduate with a Fine Arts Seal with Distinction on my diploma. My background also includes several college courses in which I excelled in Music Theory.

At the age of 17 I began performing at Savannah Joe's Coffee Shop in the Savannah Mall with only my voice and an acoustic guitar. I played here for nearly 2 years working on my craft and making only tip money before I went out searching for more exposure in Savannah. From there I found the Bayou Cafe', my first ever paying gig in the area. Since then I have played in over 50 live music venues in Savannah. Over the past few years, I have been fortunate to have become one of the more popular solo acoustic artists in the Coastal Empire. In the recent past, I have taken more of an, "In-Your-Face" approach to my solo performances. While at one time I walked the, "James Taylor / Jim Croce' / Gordon Lightfoot" path, (which I continue to walk once in awhile), I now enjoy proving to everyone YOU CAN STILL ROCK WITH ONLY ONE DAMN GUITAR. Sure, some criticism has followed, but so has a ton of support from my fans. People often view it as a welcomed change. I enjoy playing my original music more than anything, but if a club insists on cover music, I am the musician who will give you Pink Floyd, Stone Temple Pilots, Live, REO Speedwagon, or The Beatles. I mean seriously, you can only take so much Sweet Home Alabama.

I have been extremely fortunate and priviledged to play with some of the top musicians, in my opinion, the world has ever known. I was involved in a successful duo with Buddy Corns called the Dynamic Duo. We were the duo you went to hear if you wanted anything BUT Jimmy Buffet!!

My greatest honor so far has definitely been being a part of a band called THE LONG AWAITED. Myself (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), along with my best friend Mark Vaquer (drums / vocals), Jon Schwalls (bass) and Chris Stubbs (lead guitar, keyboards, vocals) make up this group of Savannah's elite. For great Originals, Aggressive Modern Rock, and Classic Rock check my upcoming shows.

I have had the priviledge of playing shows all around the country. In June of 2006, I traveled to New York City and played a month of weekly shows in Manhattan before coming back to Savannah in July. Future trips to New York, Los Angeles, and Boston for a few weeks at a time are being planned for the upcoming year.

Every fan is a blessing because without the fans, musicians have nothing. My original music is written and recorded constantly for my solo career and hopefully a cd of originals from The Long Awaited is coming in the near future. Thank You All for your support. Feel free to comment, I am always open to constructive criticism.

Hi Thomas,
I was at the Flashback Tour concert in Mobile, Alabama. My friend and I sat beside your mom during the concert. Afterward, my friend and I met you in the lobby talking to Dana and we had you sign our T-Shirts! This was our first experience with the Hippie scene and my friend's first concert! I wanted to write and tell you that the concert was great, and you have an awsome voice! My friend and I enjoyed meeting you and your mom! I have to say I have never seen the instrument you played that you had to crank! I hope you continue to succeed in your music career!
